The Process

After your healthcare provider refers you to us, we begin by familiarizing ourselves with your medical history and the additional notes sent by your physician. We will also speak with you directly about the process and your particular needs to help us understand how to provide the best care possible. Specializing in pediatrics to geriatrics, we understand that each patient is unique and has different needs and wants, which is why we take the time to get to know our patients. Once assessments are completed, our team gets to work planning the prosthetic, orthotic or compression piece best suited for you and begins fabrication.

After Your Initial Piece is Fabricated

We will schedule a time for you to return to our office for an initial trial and fitting of your device. Most of the time the device is ready to go, and our patients can walk out of the facility with it that day. Occasionally, modifications need to be made to assure comfort and proper alignment. We do this in-house, and your device will be ready within a few days. We strive to make the process from referral to delivery as easy as possible so that our patients can resume their normal activities, restart physical therapy, or get back to normal routines as soon as possible.
